The College fosters students’ sense of initiative by means of cross-cutting activities that enable them to share their knowledge and build up a wealth of interpersonal experience. The aim is to enhance students’ interpersonal skills, partly by giving them an active role in planning and organising the life of the community. The College places a firm emphasis on developing teamwork skills, soft skills and proficiency in foreign languages.
